What we keep about you, why, and who can see it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version
- We keep your email so we can send you sign-in links, plus the sounds and Boards you make.
- Sounds on a public Board can be played by anyone. Private Boards are seen only by members and people with a link.
- Your handle, display name and colour are public.
- Deleting your account deletes every Pad you placed and every Board you own.
- No ads, and no tracking cookies.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect

| Usage and security | Page views counted by Vercel Analytics: the page, where you came from, your country, browser and device type, without cookies. Our providers also log the IP address and time of requests and sign-ins, to keep the service secure. |

We only use your microphone while you’re recording, after your browser asks you. Nothing is kept from before the count-in ends or after you stop.
3. Why we use it
- To run Hueeeeek: store your Boards, play your sounds, and show live cursors to people on the same Board.
- To sign you in by email or Google.
- To keep Hueeeeek safe: apply limits, review reports, and hide content or ban accounts that break the Terms.
- To count visits and see which pages people use, without identifying you.
- To send you one email when Jam together launches, if you asked for it.

4. Who can see what
- Public Boards: anyone, including people who aren’t signed in. They also appear on your profile and in Popular boards.
- Private Boards: members, and anyone with a working Share link, in the role the link gives.
- Live activity: people on the same Board see your cursor, name and colour, and when you’re recording. They don’t hear what you play.
- Reports: admins see who sent a report. The person reported doesn’t.
5. Services we use
These companies process data for us, only to provide their service:
- Vercel, for hosting the website and counting visits.
- Supabase, for the database, recordings storage and sign-in.
- Resend, for sending sign-in emails.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

6. How long we keep it
- Your account and content, for as long as you keep your account.
- When you delete a Pad, we keep it and its sound for 30 days so the delete can be undone, then delete them.
- When you re-record or erase a sound, the old one is deleted within two days.
- When an admin hides a Pad or Board, its sounds are kept for 30 days for review, then deleted.
- When you delete your account, we delete your profile, every Pad you placed and every Board you own straight away. Copies in backups are removed within [BACKUP PERIOD].
- The Jam together list, until we’ve sent that email.
- Security logs, for [LOG PERIOD].
7. Your choices and rights
You can change your name and colour, make any Board private, erase or delete your own Pads, and delete your account at any time in Account settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, to object to how we use it, and to complain to [DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY]. 9. Changes and contact
Hueeeeek isn’t meant for anyone under [MINIMUM AGE]. If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect. Questions go to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
