Terms

The deal between you and [COMPANY NAME] when you use Hueeeeek. By making an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

The short version

  • Your sounds are yours. You let us store and play them so Hueeeeek works.
  • Only record what you have the right to share, and be decent to people.
  • We can hide content or close accounts that break these rules.

1. Using Hueeeeek

You need to be at least [MINIMUM AGE] to make an account. Anyone can open and play public Boards without one.

2. Your account

You sign in with an emailed link or with Google, so keep your email account secure. Pick a handle that doesn’t pretend to be someone else; it can’t be changed later. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your sounds and Boards

You keep ownership of everything you record or upload. You give us permission to store, copy and play your recordings, and to show your Boards and Pads, only as needed to run Hueeeeek. On a public Board, that means anyone can listen. This permission ends when you delete the content, apart from the 30 days we keep deleted Pads so you can undo, and [BACKUP PERIOD] in backups.

4. Shared Boards

  • A Board’s owner decides who can edit it and whether it’s public.
  • Editors can move, resize and recolour any Pad. Only you can record into or erase your own Pads.
  • The owner can delete any Pad on their Board, including yours, and can delete the whole Board.
  • If you’re removed from a Board, your Pads stay on it under your name, but you can no longer record into them. The owner can still delete them, and deleting your account removes them.

5. What’s not allowed

  • Recording other people without their permission, or sharing their private information.
  • Hateful, harassing, threatening or sexual content.
  • Music or other audio you don’t have the rights to share.
  • Spam, scams, or trying to get around limits, bans or other people’s Board settings.
  • Anything illegal where you live or where we operate.

6. Reports and moderation

Anyone signed in can report a Pad on a public Board. A person on our team listens to each report and may hide the Pad, hide the whole Board, or ban an account. We don’t tell the reported person who sent the report. If you think we got it wrong, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

7. Limits

To keep things fast and fair: recordings are 1 to 5 seconds, each person can make 100 recordings a day, and a Board holds up to 200 Pads and 20 Editors. We may change these limits and will update the Help page when we do.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. That deletes every Pad you placed, on every Board, and every Board you own, including other people’s Pads on those Boards. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
